The overall goal for this procurement is increased patient safety, better patient flow, good overview and process support that simplifies and streamlines working life. This shall contribute to compliance with the Regulations on management and quality improvement in the health and welfare service. Drammen municipality requires an administrative support tool that supports a comprehensive service. The system shall enable increased interaction and safe information sharing, enabling employees to access critical information in real time and provide coordinated, efficient and safe services in an increasingly complex everyday life.
