Beschreibung: The contracting authority shall procure a new cloud based system for competition implementation (KGV) and a contract follow-up tool (KAV). Hereafter referred to as the Service.The service must have integration with Doffin/TED at the latest when the contract is signed, tentatively 1 April 2026.The contracting authority ́s requirements for the service are stated in „Annex 1 – Assignment Description“ with the accompanying Requirement Specification (Annex 1 – Annex 1), cf. document 2.01 Annex to SSA-L.

The contracting authority will, based on its climate and environmental mapping, use the exclusion provisions in the procurement regulations § 7-9 fifth paragraph, as the procurement is assessed to have a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial.
