Beschreibung: The competition is for the delivery of a timesheet system with accompanying modules. The system will be a support system for several entities in the municipalities and it will provide system support for timesheets, resource management, overview of machine hours and material consumption etc. There is a need for a system with good reporting options for overview and project accounts. In addition there shall be system support for document handling /availability, as well as for handling important HSE assignments. Participants in the procurement: – Lier road, water and sewage. Modum municipality – Øvre Eiker municipality Option: – Lier basis, per company Lier Property The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and environment, cf. the Regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the procurement of a new timesheet system where the procurement ́s nature means that the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and the environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery. Cf. DFØ ́s environment supervisor. The obligation to make requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act §7.
