Beschreibung: The competition is for a framework agreement for the purchase and/or hire of Microsoft software licences to Kristiansand municipality. The framework agreement shall be signed with a Microsoft certified CSP Tier 1 License Solution Provider (license manager, „LSP“). The framework agreement includes initial and continuous licence portfolio management, as well as negotiation support in Microsoft negotiations.

Tenderers shall enclose a solution proposal where the tenderer describes their offered method and process where the solution proposal as a minimum contains an account of the following: How will the tenderer assist the Contracting Authority in creating a desired portfolio ahead of autumn 2026 negotiations with Microsoft. How will the service provider assist the Contracting Authority in the Microsoft negotiations. How the Supplier subsequently completed Microsoft negotiations contributes to continuous cost efficiency and quality optimisation of the licence portfolio. How the tenderer contributes to raising competence, improved licence portfolio overview and improved licence portfolio management at the Contracting Authority. Tenderers shall reply to the above mentioned points individually. The tenderer ́s descriptions under this criteria are included in the tenderer ́s mark-up and to be considered a binding part of the tenderer ́s contractual performance.
