Beschreibung: OFA IKS is Norway’s largest municipal procurement cooperation and covers all of Agder. OFA needs to procure a modern and well-functioning system for KGV and KAV for ourselves, our owners and several participating entities. It is particularly important that the system will contribute to simplifying and making the purchasing function more efficient for all of OFA ́s owners. The system’s simplicity, an option for adaptation and the company ́s possibility to facilitate and further develop, will be important in this procurement. There is also a need for integration possibilities with other trade systems and a system that supports simplification, standardisation and efficiency.

We will evaluate the criteria on how easily different functionalities are found, how the functionality can be used, where and how the functionality will be displayed when updates and innovations are available. We will test the demo accesses to the system on both experienced and inexperienced buyers. The evaluation of the entire criteria will be based on the procurement judgement and the perceived value from all the perspective in question in this competition, see annex 1, point 2. Definitions.
