Beschreibung: Vestland County Council shall procure a system for two-way notification of and between staff for use in upper secondary schools. The system shall use existing mobile phones and serve as a platform/application for sending and receiving notifications relevant to emergency preparedness and safety. The system shall, if possible, be able to integrate with locking and control systems in buildings operated by the county.

The system shall enable notifications to colleagues, management and support personnel in a range of emergency situations, such as threats, violence and medical incidents where the notifier cannot leave the site. The system is expected to combine mobile applications, cloud services and consulting services, and can be delivered from anywhere in the EEA area. 2.1.3.
